Develop and get arrangement to an overall workforce plan for The Company which sets out the human resources requirements to staff the company and supply for the needed skills and competency base to effectively understand the business strategies.

Provide Department/ Line Managers with background details for developing short, medium and long term, workforce strategies to fulfill workforce requirements.

Discuss Department/ Line Managers' projections, approximate the cost in addition to recruitment function and send consolidated spending plan for last approval to add to the preparation of the budget plan for the area

Assess initiatives that might impact manpower requirements, i.e. level of business operations and development strategies.

Manpower Assessments

Periodically monitor and report on manpower activities and evaluate actual workforce movements against prepared to ensure that plans are abided by and variations are identified, and the required action is taken.

Job Analysis

Statement and Reports

Prepare workforce estimates and forecasts and other pertinent department statements and reports prompt and properly to meet the and department requirements, policies and standards.
